Are prices inclusive of SST?
Prices shown are exclusive of SST. Malaysia SST of 6% will be added to invoices for Malaysian customers.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe. FPX and local invoicing are available for annual plans.
What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
You bring your own LLM API key (OpenAI, Ollama, Azure, or any OpenAI-compatible provider). Feimes handles the platform — message routing, workflows, dashboard, channels — while you pay your LLM provider directly for inference. Messages are unlimited when using your own key — they won’t count toward your monthly limit. Same plan price.
What counts as a "message"?
Each AI-generated reply counts as one message. Inbound customer messages are not counted toward your monthly limit.
